The Rotation Models

This week we continue to explore working variations of the Blended learning rotation model. The rotational models mainly focus on modular, in-class, tech assisted learning. This week we cover “Station Rotation”.

Station Rotation

Station Rotation is a blended learning model in which students cycle through activities within the classroom through a set of segmented modalities as designed by the educator. For example, a typical rotation schedule may revolve groups of students through a brief lecture, then supplementary reading online, then a set of example problems or activities all within one designated period.
