Delivery
For digital product/service purchases, delivery is automatically provided after payment is confirmed.
If physical products are sold, orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days.
Shipping process may vary depending on the cargo company’s intensity and delivery address.
Return Conditions
Digital products cannot be refunded if service has been provided or access has been provided.
Refund requests for physical products must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
Return shipping fee belongs to the customer according to the legislation (unless stated otherwise).
Return Process
You can submit your return request via bennema@alafaq.sa.
Once your request is approved, you will be notified of the return address.
A refund will be made within 7 business days after the product reaches us.
