ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This agreement is concluded electronically between [Customer Name] (BUYER) and [Company Name] (SELLER).

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to govern the terms and conditions of the product or service purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
The type, price, and payment method of the product/service purchased by the BUYER are included in the order summary.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Delivery for digital products occurs automatically after payment confirmation.
Delivery times for physical products are specified on the “Delivery and Return Terms” page.
ARTICLE 5 – RETURNS
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
For digital products, returns cannot be made if access has been provided.
ARTICLE 6 – REFUND
After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the payment will be refunded within 7 business days using the same method used by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 7 – AUTHORIZED COURT
In case of disputes between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s location have jurisdiction.
