Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TimeMobi (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you use our mobile application, web dashboard and website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
TimeMobi is an employee attendance and workforce-management service operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions, contact us at support@getattendance.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, company name and role.
- Employee & attendance data — clock-in/out times, worked hours, shifts, breaks, overtime and leave records.
- Location data — GPS coordinates captured at the moment of a clock-in or clock-out to verify presence at an approved worksite (geofence). We do not continuously track location in the background.
- Device & technical data — device model, operating system, app version, IP address and diagnostic logs.
- Usage data — how the Service is used, collected via analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
3. How we use information
- To provide attendance tracking, scheduling, reporting and related features.
- To verify that clock-ins occur within approved locations.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests and service updates.
- To comply with legal obligations, including applicable labour-law record-keeping.
4. Location & employee privacy
Location is collected only to confirm attendance at the time of a clock event. Employers configure worksites and geofences. We expect employers to use the Service only during working hours and in compliance with applicable law. We do not sell location or personal data.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- With your employer/organisation, who is the controller of their employees’ attendance data.
- Service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Legal & safety — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
6. Data retention
We retain personal and attendance data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations. You may request deletion subject to these requirements.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to authorised personnel.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and, where relevant, the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@getattendance.com. Employees should usually direct requests to their employer first.
9. Children
The Service is intended for use by businesses and their employees and is not directed to children under 16.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
