Return Policy

This Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and the free trial work for the TimeMobi mobile application, web dashboard and website (the “Service”). TimeMobi is a software subscription — there is no physical product to return, so this policy governs your subscription rather than merchandise.
1. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends. If you want to continue using the Service, you must actively choose and pay for a plan.
2. Subscription refunds
Once a subscription payment has been made, it is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including any unused time remaining in a billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future billing, but it does not refund the current billing period — you keep access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Plan changes & downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro-rata or at your next billing cycle, depending on your plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference when you downgrade mid-cycle.
5. Payment disputes & chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@getattendance.com so we can review and resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
6. Legally mandated exceptions
Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a mandatory refund or cooling-off right, we will honour that right regardless of the terms above.
