Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TimeMobi mobile application, web dashboard and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TimeMobi provides employee attendance tracking, GPS clock-in, geofencing, scheduling, reporting and related workforce-management features. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan or stop using the Service. We will not charge you automatically for the trial.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis according to the plan you select.
- Prices are shown in SAR, TRY or USD depending on your region and may change with notice.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
- Using it unlawfully or in violation of applicable labour or privacy laws.
- Tracking individuals outside of legitimate working-time attendance purposes.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your employees submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any employee notices or consents required by law in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws applicable to your business.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
